What is sad is he acted w/in the policies that they had at the school. But at the same time, they were peaceful protestors sitting on the floor. How could officers feel threatened by that? There is this little thing called First Amendment rights which allows people to peacefully assemble. It would be one thing if there was a riot. Then it would be an unlawful assembly. Sitting on the floor does not justify being pepper sprayed. It was wrong.
