What do you DO with 3000sf of indoor space? Verrrry few families these days with more than 3 kids, most just have one or two… and I know for a fact that families of four fit perfectly comfortably in 2000sf of space. So there’s an extra 1000sf of space (AND the three car garage) for what? Two formal dining rooms? Bowling alleys?
