I know the market (800ish in the 92009/92024 market) very well. I would not expect 650 to 700 in the Fall. Late 2009 would be the earliest I’d expect to see those prices.I believe 650 would be at or near the bottom for those homes and that you would likely have to wait until late 2010 to get there. Just my opinion which is worth whatever you think it is.
