We’ve just got a new lease in La Jolla Colony/UTC area so we’ll stay there a year or maybe even two. We’ll see then where the house market rates are going; hell, we should see where our job are going!!! If still too uncertain, or too expensive by that again, we’ll rent again but in the PUSD because by then our kid will be in kindergarden. Thing is, we got tired of moving every 2 years, now it’s even harder with a small child. We are trying to go to CMR and PQ often, so we get a feel for the communities, people, stores, parks, etc.
