Well, now I almost can understand why someone wants 500k for a 7k lot in U.H. (Notwithstanding still having to dispose of the house.)
I can’t believe someone paid 700k for this POS. Looking at the photo, I thought it was in Clairemont. This is MH. Very scary. Yikes.
