Well, I know I’m looking for something less than I was two years ago, but my circumstances have changed b/c the 5 acres I have in the high desert that was in escrow is now in litigation. That was going to be my big down payment to help buy a place w/out the trick loans. That being tied up means I will have to consider lower priced places.
