If that website data is right, Windwood doesn’t have MRs, neither does Coral Cove or East Bluff, being older. La Plage & Canyon Ridege have a not so bad MR of ~1000-1200 a year. Pelagos & Montemar MRs are ~700-800/yr.
But yeah, HOAs of $200-300….
