We went yesterday and the place was a desert (so no free cookies). I didn’t ask about their next phase release, but looking at their price sheet, I don’t believe they have released the next phase yet. The Explorer (up to 2,691 sq ft) was sold out, the Surfer (up to 3,213 sq ft) priced from $747,328, and the Dreamer (up to 3,356 sq ft) priced at $746,079. The price sheet states “homes currently available in phases 2, 3, and 4.”
Along the same lines, what is up with the K.H. homes, Evergreen. We stopped by and they only had 3 homes left. Did they actually sell all of them or are they getting out?
Maybeck was also building like crazy. I can’t imagine very many people buying those homes…they don’t have much of a yard and their layouts were very awkward.
