We visited the models and the avaiable homes again last weekend. There are currently 2 plan 6 homes and 1 plan 4 home available, all around $400k. They are also building additional homes which will be completed by May/June 09.
We have not made an offer yet but are leaning towards waiting as the housing market is still going down and there is no rush for us to buy.
