We just got a quote for a 6% 30 year fixed conventional, so I guess that’s good…it was through Countrywide. We’ll have to see where the rates go over the next week…I still think that with the election heating up…somehow the powers at be will hold the rates down somehow until November, may even go back down a bit, just can’t have too many unhappy registered voters 😉
