We are definitely nowhere near there yet in our area. Yes, I think we’ll get there, but have said from the very beginning of our bubble-sitting episode (2004) that we would probably not see a “bottom” where we want to buy until around 2012. We have barely begun here…BUT as you probably know, there are more NODs/NOTs here than in 92057 (bad part of O’side) from what I can tell.
