I like Stonebridge. Always have. But:
1. Gets a little hot out there in the summer.
2. Fairly expensive Mello Roos and HOA fees.
3. High wild fire potential.
Bressi Ranch seems to have some good deals right now. It’s a good choice if you work in North County.
