waiting – that was a very nice post. I agree that people who make the decision to have children need to devote a considerable amount of time to them. It is a very selfless act. I do think once the kids are in school, perhaps if a woman is restless, then a part-time job can be checked into or maybe some work-out-of-the-home job. There are so many ways to get around things nowadays.
My girlfriend is a single mom and I don’t know how she does it. Sacrifices do get made and she is single b/c her personal life is what she’s given up. She’s very smart and cute (cross between Shakira and Sarah Jessica Parker) but between work, her son and daily chores, no time for anything else. She is far from bored. My hat off to her. She has a full life w/friends, but no time for men. She’s very happy and positive person.
