I just locked at amerisave for 4.125apr with 0 closing cost and actually gaining 200 back. Ive only been here for 16 months so restarting my 30 year is fine. If I was to purchace instaead of no cost refi I could be around 3.98apr. I started at 5.25 then last year down to 4.6 so im pretty excited.[/quote]
