Ugh! That’s why I haven’t bought. I keep thinking it’s so friggin high and everything that gets so high – my rule has always been and always will be – can’t have an erection forever. I said it about oil. I said it about real estate. Anyone I said it to about real estate laughed at me and the usual “It’s different this time.”
What to do. The part that scares me about buying it, besides the bubble of it, is that back in the day the gov did what it could to devalue it, confiscate it, etc.
What if they do something this time around? They are master manipulators. We all know that.
