I second this inquiry. How the heck did you end up saddled with a thrashed mobile home…in Idaho, no less!? Yikes!
FWIW, I had to sell my dad’s mobile home (in a senior park) a few years ago. It’s a whole different deal than selling a SFH. Different realtors (potentially, as some specialize, and many agents won’t deal with MHs), different paperwork, and different lending qualifications/lenders, etc.
