Just see if your kid(s) can “choice” in, UCGal. It’s not that far!
Just kidding. Today was the first time in my life that I actually looked at school scores and my last kid’s almost grown . . . lol. Especially for those schools just a few points apart, I don’t really think there is a significant difference in the quality of education from one school to another. I still think it’s all up to the HS student how well they want to do, what colleges they want to apply for (within financial reason) and how far they’ll go in life.
I wouldn’t mortgage my own future to buy into one school attendance area over another. I don’t want my kids to have to take care of me when I hit 62 . . . lol!
