Trolly is a positive, asuming they can keep the costs down. The train tracks already go through there, and if it reduces car traffic it may actually reduce noise levels in UTC/clairmont. And I dont worry about people finding new areas to robb, what are they gonna do? Walk onto the trolley with a 50″ Flat screen and two laptops in their hands and no one will notice? Naw, they can just drive a car in and get that stuff and no one would be the wiser right now.
I think if you live more than half a block to a block away from the trolley lines/stops, itll be a net positive for the community/property.
