Maybe it was the e-mail that I sent to the listing agent (same agent I had ALMOST gotten another house with, she even called my realtor and told her we got it, but then we didn’t), asking her to help us find a house that would fit 2 adults, 2 part-time kids, 2 cats (not my choice), and 1 crazy weimaraner, and hopefully a yard big enough to get a second.
