Well I agree. For me, my parents gave me 2 acres of land near Chico up north and so I can put a 3 bedroom modular home on it for 100k and not have a big mortgage payment. If I can keep doing the travel consulting work thats key.
San Diego needs a major crash in real estate before I can stomach a purchase here.
