I wouldnt let my kids play in a street that serves as a through street and unfortunately a lot of streets in 4s are through streets. People drive too fast and never stop fully at stop signs so I would be afraid to have kids out playing ball in a street unless it was a cul de sac.
All of the streets at Maybeck are through streets.
