I had a broken fan during Aug heat wave on a Trane unit that was only a few years old. Most companies wanted to arrange for a visit 1-2 weeks later for inspection. Thompson HVAC took my information and ordered parts over phone. It took several weeks for parts order but they came and installed when we were not at home. We came home to nice cool A/C unit and sent payment in mail.
