I’m in RS-1-7 and the documents seem to indicate that the rear set back should be 5 feet. We are on very small lots, so not sure if there is a difference?
I measured to where the wood / trench is for the foundation and it is less than 5 feet, so I emailed the project coordinator for the building permit to see if they might be able to provide additional information.
