Think of all the real estate agents, loan officers and all other players in RE that were making a huge killing during the boom. I know quite a few that bought McMansions and quite a few that haven’t paid their mortgage in a few months. There were a lot of people that got rich quick, over mortgaged themselves…we all know the story. Yep, I think there is still more to come.
