They just say things about having to get pre-approved with the lender (WF) that owns this REO. If you want to send your email to me via private message, I’d be happy to forward the engineer reports and the other attachments (home inspection, pool inspection etc.).
FYI Henie Hills is one of the hidden jewel neighborhoods in Oceanside but you probably know that already.
