These are the same people who 3 years ago were touting getting rich in real estate, then a year ago it was that they buy houses, now it’s loan modification. What’ll it be next year, that they have jobs available?
Sometimes I wish I didn’t have a conscience, because it seems awfully easy to get rich fleecing the American sheeple.
