There is a fine line… a broker/realtor knowingly guiding an ignorant person to their financial ruin at there own benefit is not defensable-
from an ethical standpoint.
From a cannibal standpoint I guess YOU would say- pass the tenderizer and that hot sauce this meat is tough.
