The Weaver house is really exciting and fun, however, usually if you are going to vary from the norm for a neighborhood,with investment in mind, the usual thinking is that you buy the worst house in the best neighborhood. To each their own though.
I won’t make a prediction on this house but imagination tends to put it as kind of wasting away in the future. I hope not.
I think almost everyone on this board believes most houses in the low 500’s are coming down into the mid 400’s, at least. Some think much more and it certainly doesn’t seem out of the question.
San Carlos is nice. Better houses there are getting into your price range gradually. I have friends who live a little west of Golfcrest. They have been happy there for about 8 years.
