You are correct that the world is a much better place due to amazing new technologies such as internet, and alternative energy, but we have many issues that your generation left behind. We will find a way to fix it and move forward, but not without removing Boomers from places of power (eg. politics/upper management).
Boomers never failed millennials by nurturing them. I think that you underestimate us since we display compassion, and think differently. Instead of digging a hole, we will create a machine to dig it for us, or we will create an app that will source the labor from people who like digging holes. We have a lot of grit and if necessary will rise above any challenge.
