The report was written by an individual with Ph.D in economics. I’ll add him to a long list of physicists, sociologists, economists, dentists and fast food employees opposed to carbon emission reduction.
When it comes to climate change opposition, I’ve seen many better reports. It does not include any new research or data, and it is put together rather unprofessionally. For example, his claim that Greenland is doing great is rather laughable.
His supervisor does seem disappointed that he can’t get rid of him. Thats what you get with a tenure in a government job.
