The problem probably is not in my agent’s side, because I did know that she was not submitting it beforehand. It is the listing agent. He misled us to believe the offer was close to 1M, so that is why I didn’t push her to submit the document.
Either way, I have no regret about not getting this house.
The house itself is good, but the location and the backyard was not as ideal.
And the house is still a comp killer for the community.
