The other issue is this: Which of these economists spotted the Nasdaq Bubble? Few to none. If you didn’t identify the Nasdaq Bubble then I don’t trust you to identify ANY bubble properly. The Nasdaq Bubble was even more obvious than this RE bubble. You either understand bubbles or you don’t. Most people – including economists – don’t.
