The only catch I see for the location is that you’re right next to the train tracks, and the tracks are exposed at ground level there. I’d ask neighbors about it, it may or may not be an issue at that specific location.
I lived in Cardiff a little farther from the tracks and could hear the freight train come through at 3am, especially when the horn blew.
