The most memorable moment I have from the various San Diego attractions is the Photo Caravan Safari offered by the San Diego Wild Animal Park. It was a bit pricey ($90/person), but TOTALLY worth it.
They took us out on a flatbed truck into the area where the animals are. We got to HAND FEED huge Rhinos and Giraffes…it was so freakin cool. Highly recommended!
