The house in Escondido is too close to Bear Valley Parkway and you can hear cars. I think that 600 would be more sensible.
Rush hour commute to LJCD would be 35-45 minutes, but upcoming carpool lanes on the 15 are going to change that.
I don’t know how good LJCD is. The house in CV is assigned to Solana Highlands Elementary, API rank 10: asian API 969, white API 918. The school in Esco is rank 9, white API 909, numbers of Asians are insignificant.
