The headline was sheerly meant to shock into getting some of you to read it, which it obvioulsy has. The $3099 per square feet was nothing more than the simple math… Just showing there is still madness in the market, and not every buyer is a rational one, who reads the Bubble Primer and is waiting until 2010.
