The guy must think the bottom is near so he’s hanging on. I think you’re right. If there’s many for sale signs, I don’t think it is unrealistic to see them at 800k. If you’re traveling regular hours, the commute could be tough. But weren’t you looking in 4$ also? That commute won’t be much better.
