The goal of this change is to create a divide in the unions: older teachers vs. newer teachers. The unions are under heavy attack, and too few people know about the people who are behind these attacks and what their ultimate goals are. One thing I can say for sure, is that workers of all stripes are being targeted; it’s not just the union members.
