The electrician I recommended on the contractor thread would do a job in Oceanside (too lazy to go looking for my post at this moment, but let me know if you don’t find it). For a local painter, go to your local paint store (like a Sherwin Williams) and ask them for some recommendations. They would know the local painters better than most, IMO.
