The Economist magazine in the Jun 16th 2005 print edition clearly spelled out biggest bubble in history. In the June 13, 2005 Time magazine edition they stated why housing was destined to keep climbing due to endless foreign born Americans who have strong bias for houses.
Supposedly smart, rich people read the Economist. Why did almost everyone except us ignore their sage warning?
