The dishwasher is big for us as we don’t eat out and entertain with a nice dinner from time to time.We are so tired of cleaning that we are now buying paper plates at Costco. I figure that is 12$ a month already. When you have a 3 year old who wants s attention and the dishes need to be done you quickly see a fairly large value to having one.
I figure cost at 250 for the dishwasher and $400 for installation. I have a year lease and could easily see myself here for 2 to 3 years.
I have done a fair bit of painting and the colors I am thinking about are your generic tans. The white that we have is just a little too bland.
