The current Case-Shiller Index kind of put the kibosh on the doom, gloom and zombies walking the streets.
Hell, inflation/increasing interest rates will see to it that prices will continue to drop slowly then stagnate for another 10 years. See 1970’s for details. Not the end of the world, just not 2003-2006 either.
