That’s why I haven’t hired a realtor yet. I was thinking of just putting up signs at nearby open houses directing people towards my place where I won’t be paying a commission to a realtor so I “can sell it at a lower price”, right! Sarcasm off. All kidding aside, I think “won’t” is the operative word.
