That’s true, but I’ve also seen apartments asking higher rents than SFHs in the same area. That was the case when we were looking to rent in 2004 — 3 BR apartments (the large, coroporate types) were asking for higher rents than what we ended up getting our 4/2 SFH for. It’s crazy.
