That’s the seasonally adjusted figure… fwiw the SD case shiller index was actually down .7%.
(I’ve found that their seasonally adjusted number are weird… eg, one tier will be adjusted up in a given month and another tier down, as if seasonality has different effects on the tiers… I think they just might not have sufficient data to model seasonality correctly).
