Firstly, congratulations on the new baby! 🙂 I’m sure that had something to do with the timing.
It must feel awesome to be done with the whole “bubble-sitting” thing. What a relief to be able to settle in and finally focus on the things that really matter (instead of spending waaaay too many hours on housing bubble/econ blogs).
