Total labor force=1581519(P) Employment=1496395(P) Unemployment=85124(P)
It does not seem to add up?
On the topic of rents. 2300+ for 3/2 SFR in Clairemont seems to be normal now. 2300+ for 2/2 condo in UTC also seems normal.
