It seems that everyone here agrees that the downturn will make TD investing very risky unless you find good deals, which La Jolla Renter is saying are becoming more rare. In conclusion, I think I’ll have to be much more careful in making decisions. I’m suprised there are at least two people here who have invested in Trust Deeds.
