Thanks. We are moving back to SEH (where we moved from) for a few reasons but primarily because it will be an easy transition on our 7 yr old daughter. She already has friendships from living there previously so it will be an easy transition for her. We wanted a house that was large enough for us, an inlaw suite and a lot that had enough room for a pool. We also scored almost no Mello Roos which is a nice touch.
