Thanks SD Realtor. I’ve been checking Jim’s bubbleinfo.com website and he has a giant list of trustee sales/REOs. I was thinking he received this list from the county.
Does anyone use forclosureradar.com or a similar site to help them find properties? I’m curious if it is worth it for an average person to use the service in an attempt to buy a home.
